Estate Planning Roundup

As an estate planning blogger, I read other estate planning blogs on a regular basis. One that I really look forward to reading is Virginia estate planning attorney Scott Zucker's "Thoughts on Wills and Estate Planning." Scott always offers insightful blogs that go beyond the basics and dig deeply into the subject. This weekend when I was sorting through my Google Reader full of estate planning blogs to read, I came across a different type of blog written by Scott: Last Week in Estate Planning (June 3 to June 9, 2011). As Scott writes in this blog, "I thought it might be helpful to also post links to the top estate planning stories and developments of the past seven days. I hope you enjoy." I did, and I'm sure you will too.
