The drama surrounding Michael Jackson's estate just won't end. The latest news in the saga is that Katherine Jackson won't speak to children Rebbie, Randy and Janet because she believes they were instrumental in her removal as guardian of Michael's children, Prince, Paris and Blanket. In the aftermath of the family feud, Katherine was reinstated as guardian of the property of Michael's children but the executors have banned Rebbie, Randy and Janet from visiting the Calabasas, California home where Katherine and Michael's children reside. And apparently that's just fine with Katherine, who doesn't want to see these particular children anyway. According to a source close to the family, "Katherine has absolutely no desire to see them [Rebbie, Randy and Janet] right now because she is just heartbroken that they betrayed her trust and didn't tell her that Michael's children had been trying to contact her."
Meanwhile, before the family blow up and removal and then reinstatement of Katherine as the guardian of Michael's children, TMZ reported that attorneys for Katherine filed a petition requesting reimbursement for expenses Katherine paid while using a Las Vegas home owned by daughter Janet (yes, the same one Katherine currently won't speak to as discussed above). Initially TMZ reported that Katherine was asking that the mortgage on the Las Vegas home be paid, but after that report was discredited, TMZ reported that the petition requested reimbursement for food, cable, utilities, internet service, travel, and even toilet paper. Really? But not so fast - after the second TMZ report Katherine's attorney Perry Sanders told Radar Online, "Katherine never asked the executors to pay the mortgage or any other costs associated with Janet's home in Las Vegas. The family allowance covers travel and housing expenses for the four beneficiaries of Michael Jackson's estate, and are relatively inconsequential. There were no specialized documents related to Janet Jackson's home in Las Vegas. I have no idea where that report came from." Just another week in the Jackson family circus.
