Julie Ann Garber, Esq. is an experienced estate planning attorney dedicated to helping you understand why planning for the possibility of mental incapacity and certain death should be made top priorities in your life. On her GuideSite Julie strives to take the mystery and "legalese" out of estate planning and instead explain it in easy to understand "plain English." She also encourages her readers to plan now and review and update frequently because this will save time and money later and ultimately prevent family discord.

From Julie Garber:

I have a thorough love for what I do and enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience with anyone willing to listen. I view estate planning not as a one time transaction but as a life long process that must change as the law, clients, and lawyer change. With this as a back drop, one of my professional goals is to convince people to see lawyers in a different light by making them understand the real value that their estate planning attorney can add to their lives and to the lives of their families. I want my clients to see me not only as their estate planning lawyer but as their trusted advisor.

You may contact me via email: willsguide@gmail.com. However, please note that due to the volume of emails I receive and the restrictions placed on attorneys by state bar rules and the attorney-client privilege, I may not be able to personally respond to your inquiry.
