Definition: The legal right granted to someone under the terms of a Last Will and Testament or of any type of a trust, including a Revocable Trust, an Irrevocable Trust, a Living Trust, or a Testamentary Trust, to override the wishes of the original Testator or the original Trustmaker and change the current or future provisions of the Last Will or trust.
